Essentially, defining a set of competencies for responsible sourcing, together with designing a suite of learning options which would enable member companies and suppliers to progress and move along their maturity journey.

3shifts was contracted by the founding members of APSCA (Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors), a not for profit association to improve the standard of social compliance auditing. 3shifts was asked to ‘incubate’ the association and act as the Interim Executive Director.
